From Jimmy Osmond and Lesley Joseph, to Elaine Page and Abi Titmuss, the venue's new programme is a very varied one.

February brings a series of one-night only acts including colourful children's favourite Smart Attack Of Art on February 19, All Star Superslam Wrestling the following night and then Pop Goes The 80s packed full of hits including Gold, Girls Just Wanna' Have Fun, Walk Like An Egyptian, Rio and Thriller.

This Is Soul brings together pioneers of the British soul scene in one sensational show on February 24, followed by Rolling Stones tribute act The Stones on February 26.

Elaine Paige, the first lady of musical theatre, revisits her award-winning roles as she recaptures her performances from the likes of Evita, Cats and Chess on March 5.

Lesley Joseph and Sam Kane share in the friendships, secrets, laughs and tears in musical Hot Flush on March 9.

For the first time children's favourite Fifi and the Flowertots will be appearing live on stage on March 13 and 14 then — at the other extreme — blue comedian Roy Chubby Brown appears on March 31.

But not before West End smash hit Chicago makes a welcome return to the Princess from March 24 to 28 with Jimmy Osmond and Emma Barton, who played Honey Mitchell in EastEnders.

From April 1 to 4, sisterhood is alive and well in new musical The Naked Truth.

The production is billed as an uplifting comedy, a call to all women and celebrating strength through adversity. It features Lisa Riley and Abi Titmuss.

The nation's most successful touring production, That'll Be The Day, returns on April 11 followed by Hours and Hours of Happiness with Ken Dodd the following night.

Comedian and Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon makes his Torquay debut on April 15 followed by CBBC's The Tweenies on April 25 and 26, Horribles Histories from May 18 to 22 and Michael Jackson tribute Thriller on May 27 and 28.
